Duties and Responsibilities 

We are looking for an exceptional Curam Certified Technical Architect to support the our customer's consolidated health and human services eligibility and enrollment, and implementation projects. 

Core Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and delivery of multiple releases and projects for the DCAS system
• Will be required to work with and/or oversee multiple vendor teams, as well as, business stakeholders from partner agencies in ensuring that the customer specific requirements are being captured, designed and delivered in alignment with the technology components in the infrastructure stack.
• Interacts heavily with management and customers and creates schedule quotes for time level of effort
• Will be planning meetings, update meetings, handling code management, for both staff and work oversight.
• The individual should have experience at the technical architecture level in all of the following technologies – IBM Cúram Social Program Management, Oracle suite of products for Database, IAM and SOA as well as AWS Cloud experience
• The individual should have past experience working as a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) in the health and human services space
• This is a complex project and requires individuals who are able to work in high performing, fast-pace environments to meet significant deadlines

• Required 20+ years’ Application Development experience
• Required 20+ years’ Software Development Lifecycle experience
• Required 20+ years’ experience of requirements gathering and documentation
• Required 20+ years’ MS Office/PowerPoint experience
• Required 20+ years’ project management experience in software development and IT consulting
• Required 10+ years’ proven experience in design and implementation of Oracle products
• Required 10+ years’ experience In SOA implementation
• Required 10+ years’ experience designing and implementing enterprise databases and data analytic tools
• Required 16+ years’ experience in Cúram architecture and data analytics
• Required 10+ years’ experience with Eexcellent vendor and stakeholder management
• Required 16+ years experience of proven knowledge of the following PM tools (Jira, SharePoint; Sciforma; MS Project)
• Required 10+ years’ experience in AWS cloud architecture to design and implement cloud solutions
• Required 10+ years’ hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud architecture on AWS
• Required 10+ years’ experience with Familiarity with AWS CLI, AWS APIs, AWS Management Console, scripting languages, and Windows and Linux environments
• Required 16+ years’ experience with knowledge of Cúram architecture

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
