Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in Oracle ERP, specifically focusing on the HCM (Human Capital Management) module, with expertise in the OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) submodule. The ideal candidate will be a functional expert with extensive hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle ERP solutions, with a focus on the HCM module and OTL submodule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimal solutions.
- Provide guidance and expertise to project teams throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project teams.
- Perform configuration, customization, and extension of Oracle ERP modules as needed to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle ERP implementations.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 16 years of experience working with Oracle ERP, with a focus on the HCM module and OTL submodule.
- Proven track record of leading at least 4 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, particularly in HCM and OTL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings or client visits (expenses covered by the client on milestone basis).
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud) are a plus.
