Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production operations working with an offshore team, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Advanced proficiency in Ab Initio Extract Transform Load (ETL) Tool is required. Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) is recommended. Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting, Intermediate proficiency in Autosys Administration, Advanced proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting, and Intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow Incident Management are some of the main skills required for this role. Support and manage production ETL processes built using Ab Initio tool Troubleshoot and resolve data and database issues using SQL queries Manage and monitor Autosys jobs for system automation Proficient in usage of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting for executing system tasks Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and resolution.
