Job Title: Appian Lead Developer
Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid model at client office)
Client: Birlasoft
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions with a strong understanding of Appian architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Appian components, including Appian SAIL, Process Design, Rules, Security, and Integration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) domain.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into robust Appian applications.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement Appian solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them throughout the Appian development lifecycle and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Issue Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot complex Appian issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases, facilitating smooth operations.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct performance evaluations of Appian applications, implementing optimizations to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining functionality.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on the latest Appian features and advancements, acting as a subject matter expert within the team and sharing knowledge with peers.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application designs, configurations, and processes to support future development and maintenance efforts.
