Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they align with technical solutions.
- Solution Design & Delivery Oversight: Partner with technical teams to design AI/ML solutions, ensuring the delivered solutions meet business objectives, are on schedule, and within budget.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data, presenting findings in a clear and compelling way to clients and stakeholders.
- Documentation & Process Management: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12-15 years in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on AI/ML projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies and their real-world applications.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong client-facing skills with an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and data analysis in a fast-paced environment.
