Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:
- Solution Design: Develop and design robust, scalable, and cost-effective ITsolutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization’stechnology strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, projectmanagers, and Enterprise Architects. identify opportunities for improvement andtranslate business needs into technical specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on architecture, design patterns,and technology stack choices. Ensure the selected solutions adhere to bestpractices and industry standards.
- Architecture Documentation: Create detailed architecture diagrams,documentation, and design specifications that clearly communicate the solutionapproach and technical design.
- Present to Architecture Review Board to seekapproval for Technical Architecture Design.
- Project Oversight: Participate in project planning and management, providingtechnical leadership and ensuring the architecture is effectively implemented.Monitor project progress and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, andmethodologies that could enhance the organization’s technology landscape.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated witharchitectural decisions and ensure that solutions are resilient and secure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure that the solutionis implemented as designed and address any issues or changes required duringthe development process. Collaborate with stakeholders to define long-termtechnology strategies that encompass AI/ML.
- Technology Areas: Working knowledge and experience in any or all thefollowing business and technology areas: Adobe Marketo Engage, AdobeExperience Manager(AEM), Adobe Experience Platform(AEP), and otherrelated Adobe products, data management, data streaming technologies,event-based architecture, NoSQL and NewSQL technologies, APIs,microservices, SOA, cloud technologies, rules engines/BPMs, data architectureand governance.What you need to succeed• 10+ years of experience as a solution architect or similar business applicationanalysis and design role.
- Desire to own your work – from requirements through architecture,implementation, and operations.
- Conversant with architecture design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze, capture and optimize end-to-end business processes andenabling solutions.
- Strong experience building Marketing solutions for performance, scale, andresilience.
- Deep expertise and experience in implementation of Marketo, AEM, AEP andother related Adobe products
- Proven verbal, written and presentation skills.
Required Education: At least a bachelor’s degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
