Preferably a BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline.
5+years of relevant IT work experience.
These responsibilities require a solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manage Assets, Sites, Workfront/AJO/ web development skills and a good grasp of digital marketing principles.
Hands on experience in migrating Assets, Sites from AEM on premise instance to Adobe Experience Cloud platform.
Customizing AEM features and integrating with other systems such as CRM, e-commerce, analytics, and marketing automation tools to create a seamless digital experience.
Ensuring the AEM Sites performs optimally at all times, This involves tuning AEM instances, optimizing the website's performance, and managing caching strategies.
Implementing security practices within AEM Sites, including managing user permissions and protecting against security threats.
Setting up and configuring Adobe Workfront to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes creating custom forms, workflows, templates, and fields to streamline operations and match business processes.
Utilizing Adobe Workfront for project management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project progress. The engineer may also be involved in managing some projects directly, using the platform to ensure timely delivery and reporting.
These responsibilities require a blend of technical skills (like understanding APIs and coding for custom integrations), project management expertise, and strong communication skills.
Building and deploying new websites and web applications using AEM Sites. This includes developing templates, components, and services according to the business requirements.
Implementing, customizing, and managing Adobe Journey Optimizer, which is Adobe's platform designed to orchestrate and deliver personalized customer experiences across various channels.
Setting up and configuring Adobe Journey Optimizer to align with the specific marketing strategies and goals of an organization. This includes integrating it with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems.
Designing and implementing customer journey workflows that include triggers, decision points, and actions across multiple channels. This also involves testing and optimizing these journeys based on performance data.
Creating and managing audience segments to target specific user groups with personalized content and messages. This includes leveraging data from various sources to refine targeting strategies.
Integrating data from various sources into Adobe Journey Optimizer to ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date. This can involve working with APIs, webhooks, and other data transfer mechanisms.
Setting up real-time decisioning capabilities to respond instantly to customer actions and automate parts of the customer journey. This includes configuring event-based triggers and automated responses.
