Adobe Workfront Admin
- Workfront Administration: Manage and configure Adobe Workfront, including user access, security settings, custom fields, templates, reports, and dashboards.
- User Support & Training: Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for users to maximize Workfront adoption and efficiency.
- Workflow Optimization: Design and optimize workflows, approval processes, and project templates to improve operational efficiency.
- Integration Management: Work with IT teams to integrate Workfront with other enterprise tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and resource utilization.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system health, implement updates, and ensure best practices for Workfront functionality.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and executives to ensure Workfront supports strategic business goals.
- Process Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
