Job Description: Senior UX Designer

Location: Tempe, AZ

Role Overview: The Associate Digital Enablement product team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support the re-imagination of key Associate workflows involving the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Service Designer to create tangible design artifacts that bring the future vision of the product to life. You will be responsible for both understanding and documenting the current state of the user experience, as well as illustrating an ideal future state through compelling narratives, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Service Designer to support the design and re-imagination of key workflows involving CRM platforms.
  • Create tangible design artifacts, including sketches, wireframe prototypes, future state blueprints, storyboards, and executive presentations.
  • Understand and document the current state of user experiences, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Illustrate the ideal future state by creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Provide visual design guidance and contribute to high-fidelity visual designs as needed.
  • Analyze and break down complex problems to provide human-centric solutions through excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment, ensuring attention to detail and quality in all deliverables.
  • Review large and complex process flows, extract their meaning, and clearly articulate them via executive summaries and synthesis presentations.

  • Experienced UX and Visual Designer: A creative professional with a passion for design, product, and the end-to-end user experience.
  • Collaborative Contributor: Excels at collaboration in a supporting role, while also being able to work independently.
  • Analytical Problem Solver: Able to break down complex problems and provide human-centric solutions through excellent analytical skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Capable of working quickly and reliably with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and respectfully challenge assumptions, while also being receptive to feedback.
  • UI/UX Lifecycle Expert: Deep understanding and experience in defining user experiences, visual and interaction design, user research, and design principles.
  • Proficient in Figma: Strong knowledge of Figma for generating prototypes, storyboards, and presentations.
  • Narrative Creator: Skilled in creating and articulating future state designs in compelling narratives to cross-functional partners and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Services Experience: A background in designing for the financial services industry is a plus.
  • CRM Platform Knowledge: Experience designing for CRM platforms, including MS Dynamics and Salesforce, is highly preferred.
