Life Insurance Business Analyst with Underwriting, Health and Life Insurance Support Experience
the ideal candidate should have strong soft skills, such as the ability to ask the right questions, document tickets well, and manage customer interactions effectively, even when dealing with language barriers . the decision-making and communication abilities are more challenging to develop, and are crucial for the help desk role.
