Role : Automation Test Engineer
Location: Onsite – 2 days a week @ Clinton ,NJ
Job Type: Contract
Duration : 6 months subject to extension.
Interview Process: One TA team – 15 minutes video call , Two Internal Discussion with Technical Panel and Final Round with client – All video calls.
Work mode : Hybrid – 3 days a week from office / 2 days a week remote

About the Role:
As an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our software products. Your proficiency in Java, expertise in Selenium WebDriver, and deep knowledge of the Insurance Domain will be instrumental in designing and executing effective testing strategies. With a proven track record of delivering results within deadlines and strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, you will be an asset in driving our projects to success. Job Responsibilities
• Comprehensive Understanding of Testing Methodologies: Demonstrate a strong grasp of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Deep Knowledge of Insurance Domain: Apply your in-depth understanding of the Insurance Domain, including industry-specific processes and regulations, to tailor testing strategies effectively.
• Test Planning and Execution: Showcase your expertise in creating comprehensive test plans, executing test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality.
• Requirement Analysis: Ability to analyze project requirements and design appropriate test scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Defect Identification and Reporting: Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to resolution, ensuring the integrity of software application
• Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, enabling seamless integration of testing processes within iterative development cycles.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Proven Track Record: Showcase your track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within deadlines, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
Mandatory Skills
• 12+ years of experience in application development environment with Automation testing
Required Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience • Expertise in Java Programming: Utilize your proficiency in Java to develop robust automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Selenium WebDriver Mastery: Leverage your extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver to conduct automated testing of web applications with precision and efficiency.
