They are migrating to Angular 17.  Strong Angular is a must.  The person who gets this will probably have strong Angular 17 experience.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’re at the forefront of translating complex business needs into seamless, scalable, and engaging digital experiences. Your expertise in frontend development will be pivotal in leading our projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they not only meet but exceed our users’ expectations. You’ll be a mentor to your peers, a leader in technology discussions, and a key player in shaping our frontend strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop advanced frontend systems that integrate seamlessly with backend services and align with business objectives
• Lead the frontend development of new features, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure cohesive and high-quality product development.
• Stay at the cutting edge of frontend technologies and practices, incorporating them into projects to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for frontend development across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend challenges, optimizing application performance across multiple devices and platforms.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights on frontend technologies and user experience trends that can propel the business forward.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js Angular).
• Proficient in CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS), build tools (e.g., Webpack, Rollup), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux, Vuex) and familiarity with frontend testing frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about how frontend technologies can solve business challenges.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
