Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Minneapolis Downtown, MN

Skills: ServiceNow Architect – Minneapolis Downtown, MN – US Citizen/ GC only.

ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, CSM and GRC

• 12+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience

• • Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow architecture experience
  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a senior Architect
  • Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, CSM and GRC
  • Strong consultative background in enterprise environments, should have worked closely with leadership on high visibility program-based initiatives.
  • Participated in process designing sessions and documented ITIL process flows for various modules like Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem and Service Catalog.
  • Expert in the various modules of SNOW such as Incident, Problem, Change, ITOM, Event Management, CMDB/Asset, SLM, Knowledge Management, Report/ Performance Analytics, Service Catalogs, Content Management System/Service Portal, Web Service Integration and new custom application development.
  • Experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases
  • Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems.
  • Ability to formulate and articulate technical vision.
  • Must have strong requirements gathering experience.
  • Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong technical and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the conceptual as well as detail levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
• Desirable Skills:
  • Must hold a minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications – eg: Certified Implementation Specialist Service Now System Administrator.
  • ITIL v3 certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
