Data Analyst

Hello,

Please find the below requirement and let me know your thoughts.

Position: Sr. Data Analyst
Duration: 12 months+ contract
Client: Republic services
Sub vending allowed: Yes
Visa Constraints : None
Location: Hybrid- 3 days in office. Address is 18500 N Allied Way, Phoenix, AZ 85054 — In office T, W, TH (remote on M & F)

Background info
Republic is undergoing a massive digital transformation of their Enterprise Asset Management (Oracle EAM) groups and needs a Sr. Data Analyst to analyze and assess the success of some of the changes that have been implemented (e.g. are we driving the savings we anticipated? are we keeping fleets up and running? are end users adopting the changes?). This role is within the Training & Organizational Change Management group and interacts closely with the Enterprise Asset Management teams because this stage of digital transformation is tied to EAM (service, maintenance of vehicle fleet).

Data sources are primarily Oracle and ServiceNow reports. Most of the reports are pre-built, but the analyst will need to run some SQL queries to pull data out of Oracle directly, then mesh the data together in Excel and use a unique identifier to connect the dots and analyze the data so you can present findings to management. The position will be an even split between data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll interact closely with the UAT team and training team to ensure alignment cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:
Execute SQL Queries, Analyze Data, and Present Stories in PowerBI and PowerPoint Decks
Analyze adoption data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to increase user engagement.
Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Design and develop metrics to measure the adoption
Interact closely with the user acceptance testing (UAT) team and training team to ensure alignment cross-functionally.
