Job type :: C2H (Contract to hire )
Location: Remote but should be in Cincinnati or Charlotte
Pillar: Associate Experience – Supporting Cyber Security & Access Management
Pre-screening: 5 video questions selected by the hiring manager
Requirements
- Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow SaaS development
- Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL
- Experience integrating SailPoint with existing systems, especially legacy integrations
- Background in software engineering with experience in access certifications, provisioning, and role management
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for troubleshooting identity governance issues
- Solid understanding of development methodologies and best practices
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
Nice to Have
- Experience with .NET, C#, and SQL
- Familiarity with optimizing identity governance workflows and automation
Knowledge of advanced SailPoint customization and scripting
