Role Summary: The SAP FSCD Business Analyst is responsible for proactively identifying, designing, and supporting business solutions, focusing on enhancing business process efficiency. This role plays a crucial part in supporting corporate growth through accurate and timely financial reporting.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and obtain approval on business requirements from finance functions including technical accounting, treasury, tax, investments, and financial accounting, with specific focus on the collections and disbursements module (CD).
  • Act as the main point of contact with SAP development, configuration, and quality assurance teams to implement and conduct IT testing based on approved designs.
  • Coordinate the creation and execution of a comprehensive inventory of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test cases, ensuring efficient use of testers’ time and alignment with their other responsibilities.
  • Maintain expertise in Collections and Disbursements module (CD) functionalities, encompassing broker reports, payment handling, account maintenance, installment plans, autoclearing, dunning processes, and interfacing data with CD.

Technical Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP financial applications implementation, specifically in the Collection and Disbursement Module (CD) and its sub-components.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Insurance industry.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP S4/HANA GL and its variances from the ECC version.
  • Demonstrated business acumen to engage with users and grasp their underlying requirements.

General Qualifications:

  • Successful track record in virtual collection and finalization of business requirements within cross-functional working groups.
  • Ability to manage demanding workloads and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to achieve objectives.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Masterā€™s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems Management, or MBA is highly preferred.
