Job Description:
KForce is seeking a Workday Compensation Analyst to join a prominent Healthcare Industry client based in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid position, and only local candidates will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, HRIS management, and deep proficiency in Workday.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform compensation analysis and maintain the Workday Compensation module.
• Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and updates related to compensation within Workday.
• Assist with data management and ensure integrity of HRIS information.
• Generate and analyze compensation reports, supporting leadership with decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams to maintain compensation programs in line with company policies.
• Handle confidential and sensitive employee data with the utmost discretion.
• Utilize Excel to perform complex data analysis, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and data visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, HRIS management, or a similar HR-related role.
• Strong proficiency in Workday, specifically within the compensation module (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data visualization).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
