Responsibilities: • Consult with leadership and customer stakeholders to apply customer relationship management practices, including the identification of appropriate, mutually agreed objectives • Responsible for all deliverables in the account and for account profitability • Supervise and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes • Manage through the development managers all delivery activities • Manage the development teams to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals • Manage the infrastructure requirements of the account • Responsible for sourcing, allocation, performance management, succession planning at the account level • Perform other duties as assigned or requested • To support and promote the values of UST Global. • Comply with all Company policies and procedures. • The Company reserves the right to periodically redefine your roles and responsibilities based on the requirements of the organization and/or your performance.
