Title : Genesys Developer

Location : Newark, NJ

Contract.

JD:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.
• Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
• Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components.
• Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.
• Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.)

Title : IVA/Chatbot Developer  

Location : Newark, NJ

Contract.

JD:

• Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
• Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars?
• Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI
• Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
• Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.

Title : WFM Developer

Location : Newark, NJ

Contract.

JD:

• Experience migrating from Verint to Genesys WFM tools.
• Ability to translate legacy WFM tools (Verint, Aspect, Nice, etc.) to Genesys Cloud WEM designs and objects.
• Knowledge in WFM practices, forecasting, planning, reporting, capacity modelling

Title : Genesys Cloud Analyst (anywhere in US. Willing to work in Eastern time zone.)
