Mandatory Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Experience serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Experience and expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities.
- Experience analyzing business unit operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- Experience assisting in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
- Experience translating high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and managing changes to such specifications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. (Proficient in English)
