• Design and Architecture: Develop and provide detailed architectural designs and implementation plans for Open Text solutions. Ensure that these designs meet the technical and business requirements of the organization.
• Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of Open Text products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Customization: Customize Open Text solutions to address specific organizational needs, including the development of workflows, forms, and reports.
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance the performance and scalability of Open Text solutions to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to deliver effective and efficient Open Text solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to ensure effective utilization of Open Text solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure that Open Text solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Open Text products and solutions, including ECM, Content Suite, and Extended ECM. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Open Text architectures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Open Text technologies, including Content Server, Archive Server, Brava, and others. Strong knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems, such as SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Open Text solutions.
