JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an SAP S4HANA/BTP Lead Administrator to lead SAP administration, integration, and optimization efforts. This role will focus on SAP S4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration, performance tuning, and security management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system efficiency, integrating legacy applications, and maintaining high availability and security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer SAP S4HANA environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.

Oversee SAP BTP, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Lead legacy system integrations, working with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and internal teams.

Manage SAP GRC, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), and OpenText Archiving.

Optimize system performance, troubleshooting issues and improving high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.

Support SAP Solution Manager, handling change requests (ChaRM) and system monitoring.

Work with cloud teams (AWS, Azure experience is a plus but not required).

QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S4HANA, Basis, and BTP administration.

12-15 years of overall SAP experience in system performance tuning, monitoring, and security.

Deep expertise in SAP Basis, security configurations, access management, and system monitoring.

Proven ability to integrate legacy applications into SAP.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus (not mandatory).

Bachelor's degree required.
