Position –   Adobe Support Engineer / L3 Production Support Engineer
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Piscataway, NJ – Hybrid

Need only H1B

 Essential Skills: 

• Should have 10+ years of experience
• Solid experience in managing large Adobe Sign solutions end-to-end and their integration, operated on multiple consoles.
• Acrobat and the different use-cases related, ideally sign and certificates
• Knowledge on special configurations, like workflows is and asset
• working in a global, virtual team, preferably in the health care industry
• performing L3 support task including business -user, vendor and external support partner engagement in a formal ITMS tool and processes

Ideally familiar with:

• ServiceNow, ITSM support and knowledge management processes
• Desktop Application management to deploy and update the software in a large PC environment (Win10 and Win11)
• PowerApps based automation, PowerShell and Python are an asset
• Entra (AD) and Identity and Access Management based user and license provisioning processes
• GxP regulation basics
• IT security fundamentals
• JIRA fundamentals
