JOB DESCRIPTION;

We are seeking a Customer/1 Business Analyst to join our team and support the Customer/1 CIS application. This role is responsible for translating business needs and challenges into technology solutions, ensuring smooth communication between business users and IT developers.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Customer/1 application and experience in functional and technical analysis, documentation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

? Billing Specialty Support – Provide functional and technical expertise for the Customer/1 application.
? Requirements Gathering & Functional Analysis – Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
? Documentation – Create and maintain functional requirements, including user approval and sign-off.
? User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support – Develop UAT test plans and post-production verification requirements.
? Production Support & Troubleshooting – Analyze and resolve production abends and end-user application issues.
? Collaboration with Developers – Provide functional and technical support for development and testing teams.
