Position –  SAP PP/QM Consultant
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Vernon Hills, IL– Onsite

 Essential Skills: 

• Should have 14+ years of experience
• Analyse business processes and gather requirements for SAP S/4HANA PP and QM implementation.
• Experience in MFG(Manufacturing)
• Design, configure, and implement the PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules to meet business needs.
• Work closely with business teams to document functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.
• Configure core functionalities in PP such as Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
• Implement and optimize QM processes, including inspection planning, results recording, quality certificates, and notifications.
• Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, and PM.
• Conduct system testing (unit testing, integration testing, and UAT) and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Lead and deliver system cutover, data migration, and post-go-live support.
• Provide end-user training, detailed documentation, and ongoing support.
• Participate in S/4HANA roadmap discussions, identify opportunities for enhancements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
