Automation tester or SDET that has Postman Expertise – must have GitLab expertise too

 

Get me an automation tester or SDET that knows Postman m- start 2/24 I need candidate TODAY – Client will do a 30 min vid interview

4 months to start for phase 1, however, there are three phases so as long as we do a good job in phase one this will go till the end of the year at least

Must have:  Stellar communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders, ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently but also within teams.

 

Contract-driven development

(CDD) promotes better communication and collaboration between development teams by explicitly defining the interfaces and interactions between different components of a system through “contracts,” leading to improved integration, reduced integration issues, faster development cycles, and more reliable software, especially when working with microservices architectures.

Phase 1: Cleanup/Launch

 

Purpose: 

Data ingestion from Postman for both general Postman adoption views as well as CDD progress/compliance views

Phase 1: Cleanup/Launch
CDD/Postman
Purpose:
Educate and enable teams to start their CDD journey
Goals:
Enable CDD implementation across application teams via:
Office Hours
White glove sessions
Ad-hoc support
Refine CDD process
Based on lessons learned and feedback, drive iterative improvements in the CDD process
GitLab/Pipeline
If capacity allows, complete GitLab CICD -driven pipeline enforcement for CDD
Will likely be disabled to start, but capability needs to be ready to enable

Phase 2: CDD Growth and Acceleration
CDD/Postman
Continue related efforts from Phase 1, with shift into scale/sustain mindset
Leverage ADF-enabled reporting to find CDD champions and laggards to focus resources

Complete GitLab CICD -driven pipeline enforcement for CDD
Resource mix:
Postman expertise
GitLab pipeline expertise
 
Phase 3+:  API (R)Evolution
Partnership with API Center for Enablement (mostly driven by me, but I want the team invested in and providing input to the vision)
Align on new API lifecycle
Architect bridge from here to there
Execute on the vision
