Job Description:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Strong experience with Jira for project tracking and management of Agile workflows.
Proficient in using Confluence for team collaboration and documentation.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset: Able to identify issues, remove blockers, and drive solutions.
Team-oriented: Passion for fostering team collaboration, trust, and motivation.
Strong facilitation skills: Ability to facilitate meetings and manage group dynamics in a productive way.
Agile Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and Agile frameworks.
