Job Description:
Need an experienced Salesforce CRM Integration Architect to lead a migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This strategic role combines deep Salesforce expertise with contact center integration experience to deliver a seamless CRM transformation for the client’s enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce FSC
· Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and Contact Center platforms
· Develop migration frameworks and data mapping strategies
· Create technical specifications and solution designs for complex integrations
· Guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards
· Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems
· Establish governance frameworks for data quality and system performance
· Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders
· Provide risk mitigation strategies and architectural oversight
Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
· Proven experience migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce
· Strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
· Experience integrating Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms
· Enterprise architecture experience in financial services sector
· Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
· Strong technical background in API integration patterns
· Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes
Preferred Qualifications:
· Five9 platform experience
· Salesforce Technical Architect certification
· Experience with financial services compliance requirements
· Background in agile delivery methodologies
· Experience with middleware integration platforms
Technical Skills:
· Salesforce FSC
· Microsoft Dynamics
· CCaaS platforms (Five9 preferred)
· API integration patterns
· Data migration tools
· ETL processes
· Integration middleware
This role requires an enterprise architect mindset with the ability to:
