I wanted to reach out with an exciting long-term contract opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer located in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid role (4 days on-site)

Role Highlights:

• Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
• Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 4 days on-site)
• Tax Terms: C2C
• Duration: 6+ months (long-term contract)
• Required Experience: including 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, MS Office/PowerPoint and Salesforce Security Models.
• Work Authorization: No H1B/OPT

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs and project objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and developers to ensure effective delivery across development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Act as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert for both technical and non-technical staff.
• Provide Salesforce training and develop training materials, presentations, and conduct train-the-trainer services.
• Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and provide system administration for internal and customer-facing environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• experience Software Developer (preferably .NET/Java)
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and MS Office/PowerPoint.
• experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer with experience in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, and Salesforce Security Models.
