Position –  Technical / Solution / Platform Architect
Duration – Longterm Contract
Location – Greensboro, NC (Remote)

Essential Skills: 

• Should have 11+ years of experience
• Design and implement Zuora-based subscription billing solutions that align with business and IT strategies.
• Lead architecture design sessions, ensuring best practices in Zuora configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.
• Develop and optimize Zuora Revenue, Zuora Billing, and Subscription Management solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to define and document requirements.
• Integrate Zuora with ERP, CRM (Salesforce), payment gateways, and other third-party applications.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of billing systems.
• Drive automation initiatives, including workflow automation, data reconciliation, and reporting enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to billing, revenue recognition, and payment processing.
• Implement best practices for data migration, subscription lifecycle management, and pricing model configurations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing for development teams.
