Role: UI Designer

Location: San Antonio TX

Rate: $47/hr

• Design: Create and customize ServiceNow portals and mobile interfaces.
• User Experience (UX): Ensure portals are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing. Implement best practices for UX design, including responsive design for mobile devices.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow portals with other IT systems and tools to provide a seamless user experience.
• Customization: Customize widgets, themes, and layouts to meet specific business requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of portal designs, configurations, and customizations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Required Experience:

• ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Service Portal and Mobile App development.
• UX/UI Design: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Integration Skills: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Tools and Technologies:

• ServiceNow Platform: Service Portal Designer, Mobile App Builder, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for creating wireframes and mockups.
