Job Description:
Principal Product Operations Manager
  • The Principal Product Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Client Marketplace Category Strategic Initiatives product portfolio by ensuring seamless execution of product operations of strategic initiatives. This role works directly with the product area leader. It involves documenting, monitoring, and effectively communicating portfolio progress to senior leadership while collaborating across a matrix of cross-functional teams (business, customer experience, store, partner platform teams and more). The role will oversee day-to-day operations, support planning activities, and help drive accountability among portfolio leads for both strategic and tactical deliverables.
  • This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing complex workflows and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, enabling operational excellence and keeping the portfolio on track for success.

  • You can support the implementation and deployment of large, complex, and ambiguous projects.
  • You are proficient in writing documentation and conducting training sessions to ensure team alignment and knowledge.
