Position Overview: · Around 15-20 Years of Overall Experience in QA · Good Experience of managing QA for Aladdin integration projects · Exposure to managing high complex initiatives Key Skills (Mandatory) 1. Financial Domain Expertise: · Understanding of investment management processes, financial instruments, asset classes, and risk management. · Knowledge of portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, and reporting in the investment management industry. · Familiarity with performance measurement, benchmarks, and asset allocation methodologies. 2. Aladdin Knowledge: · Experience with the Aladdin platform or similar asset management systems (BlackRock’s Aladdin). · Understanding of the architecture, workflows, and integration points within the Aladdin ecosystem. 3. Defect & Test Management: · Strong understanding of test methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. · Proven experience in managing large-scale test projects, particularly in system migration, ERP, or financial services software. 4. Project Management: · Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2). · Ability to handle test-related project risks and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. · Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 5. Automation & Performance Testing: · Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit). · Ability to implement performance testing for investment management workloads, including scalability, latency, and load testing. 6. Data Migration Testing: · Experience with data migration testing, including data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation for financial systems. · Knowledge of database management and data integrity checks specific to financial data (e.g., trade data, transaction data). 7. Regulatory Compliance: · Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the investment management space (e.g., MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD). · Knowledge of compliance testing and ensuring that all migrated processes meet local regulatory standards. 8. Leadership & Soft Skills: · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Capability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement in testing processes. · Stakeholder Management · Identify Key Stakeholders · Establish Clear Communication Channels · Align Stakeholder Expectations · Manage Conflicts and Prioritization · Stakeholder Engagement Throughout the Test Cycle · Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration · Risk Management & Proactive Issue Resolution · Maintain Test Documentation and Traceability · Closing the Testing Phase |
