Role: Lead Technical Manager

Location: Dallas, TX / Richardson, TX 

5 Days Onsite

• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Client stakeholder management
• Driving Hitachi Onsite and Offshore team in regular touch points to make sure the team is driven in a structured way and this reflects to client leadership as well. (Someone who has proven experience working with offshore team is important)
• Java background (we would NOT need anyone with .NET background as TCB is a Java shop)
• 70% leading teams, driving Pod-based delivery, 30% hands-on Java backend development
• Doing Code reviews for team
• Driving metrics for the Software Development track
• 5-day work from TCB office
• Client and Internal Reporting

Here is some cannot compromise factors –

1. Must be willing to work from Richardson office in Dallas all 5 days, so a local is what we need

2. ⁠Java background

3. ⁠someone who has worked in an on-site offshore model, so look for people from Wipro, TCS, infosys etc…

4. ⁠should have managed a team of 10-30 members

5. ⁠Hands on person with an ability to code review and people manage at the same time.
