We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Architect with expertise in Cloud Digital Asset Management (CDAM) to join our team of digital transformation innovators. In this role, you will lead enterprise-scale projects, designing and implementing cutting-edge AEM solutions while integrating seamlessly into broader marketing and IT ecosystems. Your expertise will empower our clients to deliver outstanding digital experiences and optimize their technology investments.

 

• Serve as the technical leader on complex AEM projects, guiding project managers, technical leads, and developers.
• Analyze enterprise business requirements to create scalable AEM architectural solutions and present them to client Enterprise Architecture Review Boards.
• Define and implement integrations between AEM and systems such as e-commerce platforms (Magento a plus), CRM, ERP, and search engines.
• Develop multi-year architectural roadmaps for clients to align with their strategic goals.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, deep dives, and optimization exercises for AEM implementations.
• Design and configure AEM environments, including author, publish, and dispatcher/proxy instances.
• Create reusable AEM components for efficient content authoring and ensure high-quality, maintainable code across the team.
• Collaborate with clients to align AEM implementations with their business objectives while adopting Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience in software development.
• Proven 5+ years of AEM experience, including version 6.0 or above (6.5 preferred).
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, Sling, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Proficiency in Cloud Digital Asset Management (CDAM) with experience implementing AEM Assets for large-scale organizations.
• Strong knowledge of JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.

 

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• AEM Developer or Architect certification.
• Familiarity with Adobe Sensei, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Additional technical certifications (e.g., Magento, DevOps) are a plus.
