Job Overview:
DKMRBH Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS Administrator to support one of our premium clients. This role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS services, cloud security, cost management, and containerization technologies like Amazon EKS and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

• AWS Cloud Management: Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage, including compute, storage, network, managed services, and licensing costs.
• Security & Compliance: Implement AWS Config and CloudTrail to enforce security policies, compliance standards, and track configuration changes.
• Server Administration: Perform server patching, backup/restoration, firewall configuration, and monitoring setup for cloud-based servers.
• Container Management: Deploy and manage Amazon EKS clusters, implement Kubernetes best practices, and manage deployments, services, and security policies.
• Tagging & Billing Management: Monitor cost allocations, security compliance, and budget tracking across AWS accounts and workloads.
• Automation & Monitoring: Utilize ITSM tools, middleware software, and monitoring solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of cloud administration experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • System administration experience in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, IT security, and cloud compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and working in an ITIL-driven environment.
• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
