Job Title: Azure data engineer with Databricks & ADF Engineer with SQL, PySpark & Scala experience
Location: Houston, TX –Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Azure Databricks solutions for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Implement Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines to orchestrate data movement and transformation processes.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Develop and optimize PySpark and Scala scripts for efficient data processing within Databricks.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure data technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvements.
