Position Details:

• Job Title: Application Developer
• Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
• Tax Term: C2C
• Duration: 6 months
• Work Authorization: No OPT or H1B
• End Client: New York Department of Social Services
• Tier: Working with Prime Vendor

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Documentation: Develop and document system design solutions, ensuring alignment with security and system requirements.
• PL/SQL Development: Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL statements in Oracle 12c.
• System Coding & Testing: Write program code in the .NET environment, ensuring functionality and quality through rigorous testing and maintenance.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to ensure system efficiency and scalability.
• Operational Procedures: Develop and document procedures for system installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in PL/SQL development (Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, SQL in Oracle 12c).
• 5+ years of experience in performance tuning, including optimizing SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in XML processing and object-oriented programming.
• Strong background in data manipulation, programming, and implementation.
• Extensive experience in technical documentation and software conversion.

• This is an onsite position in Brooklyn, NY and requires local or nearby candidates only.
• The role will require a face-to-face interview.
