Role: DevOps Production Support Engineer (Over all 10 years’ experience required ) Location: Remote (EST/CST only)
Must have: Oracle, Facets, Apache, Healthcare
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, problem resolution, and database performance tuning, along with proficiency in automation and cloud tools such as AWS, Azure, HashiCorp, and Terraform. • 7+ years of experience in production support, particularly in managing on-prem and cloud-based systems such as Oracle, Facets Clones, and more. • Experience with Database Management: Strong expertise in Oracle database administration, including performance tuning, query optimization, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting. • Hands-on Experience with Cloud Tools: Familiarity with AWS and Azure for managing resources, scaling applications, and ensuring high availability. Experience with HashiCorp and Terraform for infrastructure automation. • Proficiency in Scripting and Automation: Experience using PowerShell, Python, and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency. • Application Support Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Facets Clones, .NET Core, Adobe, IIS, Apache, and IBM MQ for troubleshooting and optimizing production systems. • Understanding of Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring and incident management tools like Datadog, ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing, change management, and resolving production issues. • Incident Management & Problem Resolution: Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues eff
