Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Compensation Lead with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits Module and Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in implementing both Benefits and Compensation modules within Oracle Cloud. This role requires proven expertise in Cloud Compensation and Benefits module implementations, along with proficiency in Redwood and VB Express tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Benefits Module.
- Manage and configure the Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise on benefits and compensation strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to benefits and compensation.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.
- Utilize Redwood and VB Express for automation and customization of processes as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Benefits and Compensation management, with a focus on Oracle Cloud modules.
- Highly proficient in Oracle Cloud Benefits Module, including implementation and configuration.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module and its configuration.
- Hands-on experience in implementing Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules within Oracle Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience with Redwood and VB Express for automation and customization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
