Experience in Analysis of the Business Requirement Software Requirements Specifications and Interface Specifications.
Expertise in developing Test plans and Test cases using specifications and design documents.
Expertise in Unit System Integration, Functional Regression, Security, User acceptance, Performance & Load testing.
Experience in Automation Tools like QTP or Selenium.
Experience in Data Validation developing and executing multifaceted SQL and PL/SQL queries.
Experience in defect and bug tracking using HP ALM or a similar tool.
Experience/Knowledge in Defect/Incident tracking using Manage Engine or a similar tool
Experience/ Knowledge in incident reporting using Service Now or a similar ITIL tool
A knowledge/working experience in state UI-Unemployment Insurance Benefits system – Highly desired.
Experience /knowledge of the SCUBI/Tax system – Highly Desired
