Job Description
- Solid experience(8+ years) on IVR technologies and AVAYA (Preferred is Nuance)
- Extensive Experience in Java development and Orchestrator Designer Tool (Mandatory)
- Working experience on Unix/Linux administration
- Working experience on database (Oracle or Mysql or Postgres). Should be able to write complex queries.
- Good understanding on tools like
- Bitbucket
- Eclipse
- Jenkins
- Jira
- Good Experience on Requirement/Design/Code Review
- Should have good troubleshooting & analysis skill
