Role: Data Analyst with Finance Domain Experience
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Extensive experience analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Proficient in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data manipulation to support business decisions.
SQL :
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, extracting, and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Experience with complex joins, subqueries, and performance optimization.
Data Visualization using Power BI :
- Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data storytelling and the ability to communicate insights through compelling visuals.
BizzDesign / Business Architecture tools :
- In-depth knowledge of business architecture tools, particularly BizzDesign, to model and analyze business processes and systems.
- Ability to align business strategies with operational processes and systems.
ERP Experience :
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, especially Oracle or SAP.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from ERP systems for process optimization in the finance domain.
Finance Domain Experience:
- Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization within the finance domain.
- Understanding of financial regulations, processes, and data flows, and their impact on business performance.
Process Mining Tools :
- Expertise in using Process Mining tools to discover, analyze, and optimize business processes.
- Experience with tools such as Celonis, Signavio, or others to gain visibility into operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
