Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architectures.
  • Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to security and compliance requirements.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce architecture design.
  • Experience in managing multiple Salesforce projects concurrently.
  • Ability to drive innovation and adopt new Salesforce features.
  • Pharma domain experience is a plus
