Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architectures.
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce architecture design.
- Experience in managing multiple Salesforce projects concurrently.
- Ability to drive innovation and adopt new Salesforce features.
- Pharma domain experience is a plus
