Must-Have: Certifications- ITSM, CAD

Required Skill Set and Certifications:

• CAD ( Certified Application Developer ServiceNow) completed prior to starting work.
• Experience developing flows with multiple REST integrations.
• Experience with Integrating ServiceNow with REST based Web services
• Catalog Development using variables, UI actions, client scripts, Business Rules etc
• Experience in the fields of Client Scripting using different scripting languages like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Data Import jobs/Batch job development experience
• Understanding on code check-in process and coding standards for developing SNOW forms in global scope
• Incident support experience.

Preferred:-

ServiceNow “Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM” with experience working in security area.

Ability to work from USAA Plano OR San Antonio office.
