REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Advanced application development within Microsoft .NET Framework (8+ years).
• MVC with Angular, C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (8+ years).
• Angular application coding (2+ years).
• Oracle database development, including writing stored procedures and SQL (8+ years).
• Visual Studio and Azure DevOps, with experience in work items and code management (4+ years).

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• State or DNR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
• GIS experience, especially with Esri JavaScript APIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidates must supply their internet service and are responsible for returning state-provided equipment at the end of the contract.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

• Round 1: Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams (60 minutes).
• Round 2: Virtual interview with a technical exam (25 minutes), requiring screen-sharing, audio, and video.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• The contract may be extended.
• Services must be physically completed within Wisconsin.
• Work hours are 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, excluding unpaid state holidays.
