Job Title: Oracle Cloud Fusion Solutions Architect / Oracle Cloud Architect
Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, GA – Local Candidates Only)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Fusion Solutions Architect and Oracle Cloud Architect for a hybrid role with a client in Atlanta, GA. This position requires a professional with in-depth experience in Oracle Fusion architecture, configuration, and integration, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver innovative cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be a local to the Atlanta area and have expertise in cloud architecture, security, integration, and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle Fusion Architecture & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion solutions that meet client needs while adhering to best practices.
• Integration & Middleware Solutions: Lead the integration of Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems, utilizing Oracle Fusion APIs, Web Services, and middleware solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions are compliant with industry standards and best practices, addressing security and data privacy concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Security, Network, and Database architects, to create cohesive solutions that align with business requirements.
• SDLC Methodologies: Apply industry-standard SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, etc.) to project delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Leadership & Oversight: Lead architectural discussions and act as a point of escalation for technical challenges, guiding teams through complex scenarios.
• IT Infrastructure & Standards: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network, and security concepts to guide solution design and implementation.
• Communication: Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Key Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Expertise: Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture, configuration, and data structures.
• Integration Techniques: Strong knowledge of integration techniques, including APIs, Web Services, and middleware solutions for Oracle Fusion.
• Security & Compliance: In-depth understanding of security frameworks, compliance practices, and governance in cloud-based solutions.
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
• SDLC Methodologies: Experience with various SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
• ITSM & ITIL: Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL practices, and adherence to IT standards.
• Analytical & Planning Skills: Strong analytical and planning capabilities to ensure optimal design and implementation.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across architectural domains (Security, Network, DB).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working with outsourced teams.

• Location Requirement: Local candidates only – this role is based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work arrangement (combination of remote and onsite work).
• Client Engagement: The role will involve frequent collaboration with client stakeholders and outsourced teams, requiring strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
