Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at Jade Global. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while leveraging your expertise in the Now Platform, ITIL, ITSM, and modern web technologies like JavaScript and Angular. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications on the Now Platform.

·       Lead ServiceNow development projects and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

·       Work closely with IT teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with ITIL and ITSM best practices.

·       Develop and customize ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Angular, and other related technologies.

·       Provide expertise in ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems.

·       Analyze complex requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

·       Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

·       Ensure that ServiceNow instances meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

·       Maintain an active ServiceNow certification status and stay current with platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications.

·       In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.

·       Strong experience with the Now Platform (ServiceNow).

·       Expertise in JavaScript and Angular for developing modern web applications.

·       Active ServiceNow certification (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar).

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

·       Experience with ServiceNow integration, orchestration, and workflows.

·       Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

·       Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, including business rules, UI policies, and custom applications.

·       Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

·       Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
