Essential Skills:  only NJ based profile, Open for in-person discussion, 3 days in office• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry• Experience working with Summit application• Experience working with Oracle, c++,• Experience with Linux, scripting language (ksh), Autosys a plus• Experience working with Calypso applications, a plus• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Experience delivering in-house and third-party IT solutions to meet business stakeholders needs

Desirable Skills: only NJ based profile, Open for in-person discussion, 3 days in office• Experience working with derivative and collateral management systems, • Strong customer focus with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholders• Knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, a plus• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment• Self-learner, motivated and driven to achieve optimal results for the team • Team player with excellent interpersonal, motivational, and collaboration skills• Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities• Familiar with how to assess technical architecture, people and skill sets to plan and execute business changes through the effective use of technology
