Job Description

Strong Technical Project manager with PMP certification and Scrum master certification

  • Design project architecture and technical roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define technical specifications and standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders clearly and regularly.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, testers, and other technical personnel.
  • Facilitate technical discussions, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Assign tasks and manage team workload to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Review technical designs and code quality to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
